I am a professor at the School of Public Policy and Government at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EPPG), and a researcher at the National Institute for the Study of Government Quality (INCT Qualigov) and the Center for Public Administration and Government Studies at Fundação Getulio Vargas (CEAPG-FGV). I hold a PhD in Public Administration and Government from FGV (FGV EAESP). I have a bachelor's degree in Science and Humanities and in Public Policy, as well as a master's degree in Public Policy from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). I was also a visiting researcher at Leiden University in the Netherlands.
My research focuses on public organizations, with particular attention to bureaucratic autonomy, federalism, and oversight institutions. She also examines how justice system institutions influence public policy. She has experience conducting qualitative research and applying mixed methods.
