I am a professor at the School of Public Policy and Government of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EPPG) and a researcher at INCT QualiGov and at the Center for Studies in Public Administration and Government of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (CEAPG-FGV). I hold a PhD in Public Administration and Government from FGV (FGV EAESP), where my dissertation received the Luiz Carlos Bresser-Pereira Award for Best Dissertation (2025). I hold bachelor’s degrees in Science and Humanities and in Public Policy, as well as a master’s degree in Public Policy, from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). I was a visiting researcher at Leiden University (Netherlands). I have published articles in the Journal of Politics in Latin America (JPLA), Revista de Administração Pública (RAP), Revista Brasileira de Ciência Política (RBCP), among others.
My research focuses on public organizations, with particular attention to bureaucratic autonomy, federalism, and oversight institutions. She also examines how justice system institutions influence public policy. She has experience conducting qualitative research and applying mixed methods.
