Rayane Vieira Rodrigues 


Rayane is a PhD candidate in Public Administration and Government at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), Brazil. She is a researcher at the Center for Public Administration and Government Studies (CEAPG–FGV) and the National Institute of Science and Technology on Quality of Government and Public Policy for Sustainable Development (QualiGov), Brazil. She holds two bachelor's degrees—in Sciences and Humanities, and in Public Policy—and a master's degree in Public Policy, all from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), Brazil. In 2024, she was a visiting researcher at Leiden University in the Netherlands.

Her research focuses on public organizations, with particular attention to bureaucratic autonomy, federalism, and oversight institutions. She also examines how justice system institutions influence public policy. She has experience conducting qualitative research and applying mixed methods.
